Settings > Profile is where you manage your team’s name, logo and email, and your own password. Team admins can edit it. Other members see only Team Name and My Teams.
To get there, select the gear icon in the top right, then Settings.
Team Name
Team Name is read-only. It’s the slug used throughout the app and in your donation page addresses. FundHero’s wording: "Please contact us if you need to change this." Email mail@fundhero.io.
Organization Name
Your organization name is used for email receipts and donor alerts.
- Edit Organization Name.
- Select Save Title and confirm "Are you sure you want to change your organization name?"
FundHero shows "Title Saved".
Team Logo
Your team logo can be added to donation pages. The Image donation page template has a Show Team Logo option.
- Under Team Logo, choose or drop an image into the uploader.
- Select Save Logo. FundHero shows "Logo Saved".
To remove the logo, use the uploader’s delete control. FundHero shows "Logo Deleted".
Team Email
Change password
- Enter your current password in Old Password.
- Enter the new one in New Password.
- Select Change Password.
After a successful change, FundHero signs you out and sends you to the login page. Sign in again with the new password.
My Teams
My Teams lists every team you belong to. A team you’ve been invited to but not yet joined shows "(pending)" after its name.
Switch teams
- Select the gear icon in the top right.
- Under Teams (or Switch Teams, if you belong to more than one), select a team’s name.
On a small screen, Switch Teams is in the main menu.
To accept or decline an invitation, use Accept or Decline beside the pending team. See Invite and manage team members.
